Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered, total cost and the location to be delivered too. We do not make any margins on our deliveries, we ensure that all items are delivered to you safely, promptly and securely. Delivery fees include drivers time, packing, loading, unloading and location of hire accordingly.  


Delivery is free of charge on orders of vintage china up to £100 and within 10 miles of our workshop.

Delivery charges are applied to all other orders. 

We currently only deliver within Dorset & neighbouring Hampshire, if you wish to hire items outside of this area, please get in touch with us. 


Please provide us with as much information as possible with regards to the delivery address, venue, location of drop off point and access i.e. narrow doorways and stairs, limited parking, distance from parking to venue location. 

Installation and set-up of hire items is not included in the hire fee and must be requested as part of your order. 

Our delivery times are usually between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. If your event is over a weekend day we will deliver Friday and pick up on a Monday. Additional charges may apply for delivery outside of these times. 

We will allocate you a 2 hour time slot for delivery and pick-up, we will inform you of these times at least 2 weeks in advance of the hire date. 

We carefully pack and wrap all our hire items, we will provide any relevant instructions with the items in relation to unwrapping, setting up and re-packing.


It's important that all packaging that ordered items are delivered in are kept for pick-up, this will ensure  efficient and safe transport back to our stores.
